1. PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

2. SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Gather a gang of friends, or just make some here by joining an existing group personal training session. Eliza works with each individual to tailor the day’s workout to their goals and needs. She’ll add you to a group that works with your schedule. Then, get ready to have an absolute blast while working out harder than you ever have.

3. BOXING & CONDITIONING CLASS

Jump in on an amazing group fitness class (held on weekend mornings and weekday evenings). Trust us, this is an hour that will change your life, one class at a time. It combines cardio, strength, and boxing moves to give you a killer workout. If you currently have no boxing skills, no problem. … You’ll have them by the end of class. Come ready to sweat, leave ready to shine.

4. WELLNESS RETREATS

Ready for a life change? Over the course of a week (or a series of sessions), you can work intensively with Eliza either on your own or in a group. You can stay in her sanctuary in the beautiful foothills above Salt Lake City. Through exercise, nourishment, introspection, and art, you’ll leave stronger and clearer than you’ve ever been.
