GROUP TRAINING CLASSES

Get many of the benefits of private personal training but in a fun group training session. Before your first session you’ll have a complementary initial discussion with Eliza to overview your goals, nutrition, weight, and body composition. She’ll then work with you to schedule you into her established training groups (unless you have your own gang of friends who want to come in together). Each training day includes a challenging and dynamic hourlong workout session custom-tailored by Eliza. Most people attend three workout sessions per week—and all experience revolutionary changes in their body and spirit.
